Your Found program has three main parts that work together:
- Clinical Care: Through Found, you’ll have an initial consult and follow-up visits with a clinician trained in obesity medicine who can provide empathetic, effective weight care, creating a plan that’s right for you.
If you use your insurance, your clinical care costs will vary by plan, but your insurance will cover some or all of your visits with a provider. In fact, many members only pay a copay.
If you choose a self-pay membership, your clinical care is included in your membership cost.
- Medication: The cost of medication varies. Found’s wide toolkit of 10+ different medications gives your Found clinician more options to personalize your care.
You and your provider can choose the right medication for you based on your health needs, budget, and insurance coverage. - Membership & support: Found also gives you 1:1 access to a certified health coach, a supportive community, and tools to track your progress and build healthy habits. Membership starts at $17/month with insurance, and $129/month without it.

Everyone’s body responds differently to medications. Side effects can occur with any medication. More common side effects from many medicines often go away in a few weeks, and Found’s clinicians are committed to supporting members.
It’s important to tell your health care provider if you experience any issues when taking a new medication and ask for their medical advice.

Found-affiliated providers can prescribe 10+ proven medications to help you reach your goals. Some are FDA-approved for chronic weight management, and others are FDA-approved for other conditions and prescribed off-label to help people lose weight.
Your provider may prescribe a GLP-1 (such as Ozempic® or Wegovy®), a dual agonist like Zepbound®, or an oral non-GLP-1. Visit our medication page to learn more about the types of medicines Found providers can prescribe.
