It's OK to not feel OK. There are wonderful people to lean on for support here, and I'm only a message away. I may even get a smile and a giggle out of you if you give me a chance. 😊 Remember, you are strong, like bull. 🐃

Yall it’s soooo hard to stop regretting my past. I live in a town where I see people all the time that trigger the anxiety of remembering my past. The anxiety is paralyzing. I try some things to relieve but it comes back sooo hard. Appealing a disability claim.. so not doing any volunteering or work. Home all day alone. Don’t want to be hospitalized…. In no way suicidal. Just can’t stop my mind from putting me down. Currently I’m just sitting in a chair, so I won’t be in bed…. That’s a plus….. I take 450 Wellbutrin since April 16 and that’s all. Doc took me off seroquel so not sleeping…..

I am suddenly feeling better from a stomach issue this morning. It's important to remember to try to ride out a bad time. Believe it will pass. I still have a lot of rest in bed though. Hydrate. Rest. Bezzy support helped. 🙂
