I woke up way to early for a Saturday and decided to make Blueberry Chia Oat Crumble. Took 15 min to prep and 35 min to bake. But so good.

Don't know how to explain this. Please bear with me. I have been on diabetes medication for quite a while, my weight has been up there for a long time as well. I went to the eye doctor in 2014 and asked why my eyes were blurry, especially in low light or when focusing. He told me to lose the weight, and that will clear up. But I read that some of the medications (I don't know which one I am on) can cause blurry vision as a side effect. I know that diabetes and cholesterol(which I also have) can affect vision. I have been to the eye doctor several times since then and was told in 2024 a astigmatism, but I am concerned I may have been misdiagnosed. How can I go about narrowing down what the real cause is? If it is medications, I would love to try something else that has fewer side effects. Side Note: I have been on Jardiance for quite some time now, 3 years or so maybe, and I found it curious that my regular doctor would say to me, Let's try something else. Jardiance has a lot of side effects. He suggested Farxiga. Also, I put on glasses and some things get clearer, like computer text, some books, and FaceTime videos. I go to see my Endo PA on Monday.

I am usually not so outspoken. I have an issue with something and I'd like to know what others think about this matter. I recently understood that one in every two people in the US has diabetes. So I know from doing some research, going to stores and spending some time looking at labels very intensely that 90% of the foods (this was King Kullen) in 2024 were mostly sugars, salts, and low in fiber (almost non-existent), not vitamins or minerals and generally good stuff. packed with calories and in very small servings. So I've heard the stories, not thinking much of them till my diabetes got even worse. If this is the case, why do we allow our food supply to be put on the shelves that, in general, for almost anyone, can be potentially harmful to our bodies and our overall health?! I have a growing concern that this is by design for money as well as population control for exploitation of a flaw in a large majority of the population's human makeup. So please add what you think and what I and you as diabetics do (looking for ways to help myself and others) fight back in everyday life to be healthy for a productive, healthy, happy long life.

Hello group, please understand me, try a great post. You all know that 4 weeks ago. game, friend, church, help me with my diabetes, even give me a 14-day Libre 2 trial,l costs money. Then did a written menu out,t followed that, but 3 weeks now I've fallen off the wagon again. In the beginning, I was hoping to do a great job. Now back to old ways, eating with a meter on a friend's. I just texted a friend bad mood said not perfect in die crying to her. Now she's going to be confused. I do stupid things, now God will forgive me.
