I expained the HFCS, now fiber. If you have a big belly. It is important to understand it is not fat and it is not a beer belly it is trapped waste. I think I expained trapped waste. It is food that becomes trapped in the digestive tract. The food becomes trapped in the body along with all the salt, sugar, butter and oil that was in the food. If you are consuming large amounts of HFCS that is one cause for your diabetes. They biggest factor is fiber dificiency. 95% of people are fiber deficient. The first visable sign of fiber deficiency is a growing belly. There are no test that can tell you if you are fiber deficient. I have been personaly takeing and analyzing fiber for almost three years. Fiber helps food expel from the body. If you are not counsuming enough fiber to support the amount of food you are eating then the unsupported food stays trapped in your body. I stopped eating foods with fiber regularly at 15, so I had over 38 years of trapped waste in my body. As a result I ended up becoming obese, with diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Fiber saved my life. I am no longer diabetic or obese. I haven't taking medication for anything but pain in almost three years. I keep my digestive tract clean. I can never gain weight agin UNLESS I STOP EATING FIBER. Fiber continueouly flushes food out of the body people.

Hi people, ok so, it looks like I can not say to much here so here are tips: If you do not have a blender buy one. When you go shopping buy frozen fruits they are cleaned and cut, get a variety of them. Buy spinach, kale, carrots, and beets. Make yourself a different smootie everyday. This will add the addition fiber your body needs. Eat lots of high fiber and nutrient dense foods. Google a list of these foods. Create a monthy menu using them. Once you create your menu you can easily make your shopping list. While working on your list. You should take out the time and google the ingridents of the food. The key is to stay away from HFCS They are putting it in everything. Ehen shopping look for things that have no High fructose corn syrup. It say it on the label. They said no advertising so I can tell you the brands buy look for them. Drink beverages the have natural or regular sugar in it only. Or 100% juice. They do have soda that has no HFCS and sugar only. look for them if you are a soda dinker. They are safe just don't drink to much. Try stuff from other counties. Oh and kool-Aid. Becareful with comdiments most of them have HFCS in them. Look for ones that say no HFCS. Eat out less. If you cook your food you have better control of the ingredients. Eat more whole foods and less processed foods. Becareful with diabetic products, read your label and know what you are putting in your body.
