I absolutely love my weighted blanket. It's good quality as well. My boyfriend loved it so much I bought him his own. I also bought one for my 95 year old dad for Christmas and am considering buying more as Christmas presents for other family members.
It seems to help with restless sleep. We don't feel like we move around as much. I use it in Winter with another warm blanket underneath it but when the weather is warmer, I just use the blanket by itself. It isn't hot and doesn't cause discomfort or sweating. It's the perfect temperature.
