    There is an obvious difference in recovery and stamina and strength w this supplement.

    I work out in OTF and yoga. When I first started taking it I noticed that I was able to go stronger and longer on the rower at OTF. And I am not as sore or doe as long.

    Recently I returned to Ashtanga yoga which is pretty hard. At the time that I took my first class it just so happened that I ran out of the creatine. And I was dead after that class for like 2 days I could barely move and was so worn out that I was drained.

    I reordered and resumed taking the creatine. Last week I wasn’t as sore after yoga but I thought maybe the class wasn’t as hard. But yesterday we did the full primary. I should be a corpse right now and I am just pleasantly sore.

    This stuff is Great

    There is a taste. It’s bitter. I add it to my coffee and it took time for me to get used to it. Esp since I love my coffee and this is a strong bitter flavor.

    But now it’s fine I am used to it and the benefits definitely outweigh the flavor. Very happy w it!

    It's been 2 months since I ordered the first canister of this creatine. The first time I ordered it straight from the brands website.

    This is the second month with it and I'm really loving this product. I tried a different brand about 4 months ago, and while it did work, the taste was weird and chalky kinda.

    The price it can be a bit expensive, but it's well worth it .

    My legs are more muscular, I gained weight, but not fat , instead more muscle and I feel way better .

    I purchased this creatine from the many positive reviews it has received. It’s probably a great product, but I can’t get over the slight bitter aftertaste, even when blended into my banana based smoothie. Highly soluble but unfortunately not for me. There are alternatives that are truly tasteless.
