This item cut my chicken shredding time down from 20-30minutes to 6-8 minutes, and it shredded it beautifully! You do have the lift the lid and reposition the chicken every 20 twists or so, but that’s nothing compared to doing it by hand. Recommend, not the most pleasing look but handy. Haven’t tried it for anything other than chicken, not sure it would do well with denser meat.

    The chicken shredder worked like a charm. It will shred that chicken for your most delicious meal prep, used mine to make my chicken tortillas soup. Make sure you use a towel or rubber mat to insure you get the best stability when shredding your chicken. The big grip handles make it super easy to get the job done. I really love the size and it’s easy to store until your next culinary experience. I gave it a good rinse off and into the top portion of my dishwasher. I would definitely recommend this product for those who use chicken for their meal prep.

    OMG! This thing changed my life. Mind you there are only two times I shred chicken. One is to make enchiladas and the other more important time is when my dogs are sick. I have a handful of chocolate labs and when they get sick and have to go on a chicken and rice diet, it’s brutal. All that chicken shredding. Ugh. Just thinking about it makes me want to cry. I saw an add for this on Tik Tok so I came here to buy it. Arrives super fast and total game changer, let me tell you. All you do is boil the chicken (sold separately) and then put large chunks of it (cold or hot) into this little machine here, put the lid on, press down and turn to the left and then back to the right. To the left again and back to the right. Rinse and repeat until the chicken is finely shredded or however you like it. Works like a charm. Does an entire piece of chicken in less than a minute. Saves so much time and energy. How it works…there’s these little sharp spikey things inside that the chicken pieces lay on and in between, When you turn the top back and forth, the spikey things just shred the chicken to bits. Easy to wash. Super fast shipping. I think it arrived in like a day and a half. So happy with this product. I’d buy it again in a heartbeat. Will attach videos next time I use it

    I was a doubter about this gadget UNTIL I used it! I absolutely love it now!! I have used it to shred cooked pork and chicken and it does a SUPER job! The only fault , if you want to call it that, that I can find is the washing in between the plastic “teeth” when done! Those teeth are hard plastic and they can probably wreak havoc on your hands or dish washing rag as you clean between those teeth! BUT don’t let that thwart you! This gadget is awesome, does a excellent, uniform shredding job and FAST….and I STRONGLY RECOMMEND IT!!!

    Probably one of the most disappointing items I have purchased online. It was very cheaply made. It did not shred chicken breast as shown in the example. I don't believe in throwing things away but this item was not worthy to donate or put in a garage sale that I did throw it away. I would give zero stars if I could.

    I found this very easy to use. For me the pad works fine and it does not slide all over the counter as others say. It also sheds the meat very well and quickly. My only complaint is that it is very hard to clean because of the spikes without a dishwasher which I do not have. I can’t get it totally clean. If you have a dishwasher then you should have no issues but for those without a dishwasher that is the only drawback.
