- 24 cups broccoli
- 2 ¼ lbs precooked chicken pieces

Cut spaghetti squash in half and scoop out the seeds. Place cut-side down in a microwave safe dish and add 1/2 cup water: microwave on high power 10 to 15 minutes, until squash is tender and skin is soft enough to dent when pressed. Let cool slightly.

Meanwhile, cut broccoli into small florets. Cut or shred chicken into bite-sized pieces.
