- 8 bacon strips
- 1 tomato
- ¼ red onion
- 4 whole grain wrap - 10" sizes
- 12 oz precooked chicken pieces
- 2 cups spinach
- ¼ cup ranch

Step 1
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook bacon until crisp. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain.

Thinly slice tomato and red onion, then cut slices into half-circles. Lay wrap on a flat surface and lay chicken, bacon, spinach, tomato and red onion in a row down the center. Drizzle with ranch dressing and roll up tightly, like a burrito.
