Designed to remain solid and supportive, our foundations contain high-density fiberboard and steel rails to give your mattress the flat, sturdy base it needs. Shop Foundations
Slatted foundations and platform beds can support a Tempur-Pedic® mattress, as long as the slats are at least 3" thick and less than 4" apart.
Box springs are not compatible with Tempur-Pedic® mattresses. Box springs are designed to “give” so a traditional mattress can support your weight.
We do not suggest placing your mattress on the floor. Doing so may trap moisture underneath the mattress, cause damage, or invalidate your warranty.

I’ve been watching commercials for tempurpedic mattresses since I was a kid and found myself dreaming of one for years. Well, I finally took the jump, and it definitely lives up to the expectations—exceeds them even! This mattress has amazing support for my constantly aching body (I have fibromyalgia, so I struggle with chronic pain) and it’s amazing how well it balances being soft while giving that nice, firm support right where I need it! It also doesn’t trap heat despite the thick fill, so i haven’t been waking up hot despite the heat lately. This mattress has fulfilled my childhood dreams and I’m so glad I took the chance to get one for myself!

This mattress is a huge upgrade from the old innerspring mattress I was using before. The hybrid element in this mattress gives it a springiness that is perfect in combination with the memory foam.
