I cannot say enough things about this product! My hair used to fall out in clumps every single time I showered or brushed my hair. I went from having beautiful thick hair to extremely thinning hair. I honestly thought I started going bald! I started putting 2 tbsp on this collagen in my coffee every morning, honestly not expecting much. And I swear within like a week I started noticing that my hair stopped shedding! The pic I'm posting is all the hair that came out in the shower today! And there's no taste or chalky texture at all!

    I’ve been using Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides Powder for a few weeks now, and the results have been fantastic! For skin health i can not make any noticeable claims however as my skin is already pretty youthful for 38 on I have skin care regimen I follow. The container size is decent if just one person using once per day but in retrospect. Small amount and pricey. All in all I would order again unless I could match the quality at a better price.
