I’m just really sick and tired of being in pain. I was unable to even walk this morning. I did a Pilates class yesterday and I was in so much pain I didn’t think I could make it home. It anyone says exercise gets rid of this pain they’re crazy. It triggers the pain.

I am feeling overwhelmed again. The possible recurrence rollercoaster. I am getting my bloodwork done every 3 months to check cancer antigen levels. The results posted in the portal. My ca 27.29 went from 12 to 25 in 3 months. 25 is still in normal range, but that seems like a big jump. Doc appt is on Monday to discuss. Send me some love please 🙏

Had my left breast Core Needle Biopsy done early this morning, I don’t like the feeling of being on the hospital table or bed at all, when they injected the numb medicine it hurt and burn like crazy I screamed like a baby lol 😂 I’m so embarrassed 🙈 and here I am my anxiety of waiting for the results, praying for the good results 🙏🙏😇😇

Good evening all! I had HER2+ IDC in 2021 with double mastectomy & reconstructive surgery. I’ve been cancer free for almost 3 years now. I’m 61 years old, and I just went for my first DEXA scan and guess what? I have osteoporosis. I’m a dancer, I’m very active, and I don’t feel any bone pain. My doctor told me that it’s relatively common for people who have gone through chemotherapy to suffer from osteoporosis. Has anyone else been diagnosed with osteoporosis as a direct result of your chemo? They’ve given me a list of truly horrifying drugs to take. They remind me of that first time I read about my chemo drug, docetaxel. Anyway, I would be interested to know if anyone else has gone through this and what, if any drugs or treatment you have decided upon.
