I bought this a while back and took them all before bed. I found that I started sleeping better right away. (No more 3am bathroom trips that kept me up the rest of the night. I could go back to sleep.) When I ran out, I tried another popular brand. I was SO disappointed with that other brand. Simultaneously, I ordered a nighttime drink with Magnesium to help with sleep. That was equally disappointing. After a month without this product, my new bottle arrived and the last 2 nights have been back to great sleep again!! Recommend!
