Individual Credential Verification 
This system may be used to verify if an individual has an active, CDR issued, RD, DTR, specialist, or advanced practice credential.  Please enter the name of the practitioner you wish to verify. You may also provide the CDR registration number or email. You will be provided with a list of possible matches based on your search criteria. It is the responsibility of the user to confirm the identity of the individual whose credential is being verified.
If you are unable to locate an individual whom you believe to be credentialed, please email cdrverify@eatright.org for additional assistance. 

Please note:

• RDNs or RDs who are applying for Pennsylvania State Licensure should not use the CDR online verification system to complete their licensure application.  Please contact CDR at cdrverify@eatright.org to request the Pennsylvania Licensure Verification Certificate.

Examination Eligibility Verification

This system may be used to verify if an individual has met the degree, didactic, and supervised practice requirements to take the registration examination for dietitians or dietetic technicians.  Please enter the name of individual for whom you wish to verify exam eligibility status. You may also provide an email address. You will be provided with a list of possible matches based on your search criteria. It is the responsibility of the user to confirm the identity of the individual whose eligibility status is being verified.

Group Credential Verification

This system may be used to verify the registered status of a large groups of individuals within a state or organization. To utilize this system, complete an application using the form below. Your application will be reviewed and approved by CDR within 72 hours of submission.
