Metal screws rusted after one use
This is my second one of these and I don’t know who made the idiotic decision to change the metal the screws were made of but these all rusted after ONE wash in the dishwasher. I was going to just live with this but now, after several more months, the screws are so rusted that I can no longer remove the inserts or loosen them at all. My husband tried too. This thing is totally useless now, aside from the one insert that is in there now at the thickness that is set for it. Total piece of crap. I should’ve returned this after fay one but thought I could live with rusted bolts. Do not buy until the company fixes this problem
