How do you graciously and gracefully accept “cure” information from people…including but not limited to loved ones? I do not look down upon anyone for using whatever they believe will work to fight their cancer. I believe that part of my fight includes my very personal relationship with YHWH. I know not everyone believes what I believe is working. I am not only a spiritual, but also scientific minded. At this point, I am not going to ingest oils, hydrogen peroxide, animal grade ivermectin, or other animal grade parasitic medicines. My medicine regiment is working fine. I am having a hard time walking the fine line of sounding very put out with my “thank you but no thank you.”

Mental Well-Being
Self care: it’s been 2 mos since my last chemotherapy session. Hair is growing back gradually but my “existing hair” was looking “scraggly”. Today I got a trim and it was needed. As she worked with parting my hair in sections she used clips. I had to laugh because I honestly didn’t think I had enough hair. She cleaned up my short hair and made it more presentable- and that made me feel good.

Anyone here get pegfilgrastim injections the day or two after their chemo infusions?? Have you had side-effects? I ended up in the ER this weekend because of severe bone pain that made it impossible for me to tolerate any pressure on any part of my body. I could not sit, lay down, or have anything pressing on me. They ended up giving me morphine in the ER. When it wore off six hours later the pain returned. I was told the younger one is, the more severe the bone pain can be. I would love to hear from others and their experiences with this injection. Thank you! (I am doing better today, just have bone aches that I can manage with ibuprofen)
