Hey guys, I’m trying to find a good outdoor foldable chair that doesn’t hurt my joints. I ordered this XL one with cushioning from Amazon thinking that would be nice, but I just got it and I’m only 5’2 so sitting all the way back in this chair my feet don’t touch the ground and it puts pressure on my knees. I just wanted to find something more comfortable so I can watch my husbands soccer games in comfort and a little style✨ hahaha. I just feel like I’ve looked at every chair in the market and can’t find nothing. I’m gonna try to go to academy and see if I can find anything. But if yall got recommendations I would love it!

Man, this week when I wake up and walk, my Achilles tendons are sooo tight 😭😭 My husband is going to build me a slant board to be able to stretch my calls, and hoping it will help. Anyone else deal with this?

Does anyone experience anxiety/panic attacks with methotrexate? I'm finding I either have extreme nausea and tiredness or I swing the other way and get extremely anxious and can't sleep well. Does this lessen as time goes in? I've been taking it for 2 months now.
