I bought two flavors. First one I tried (Bronson) was great, but this one (Buena Vista) was a flat, shiny, coffee shard that was difficult to dissolve and became sticky. I called Amazon and my money was refunded (y'all better start calling instead of just letting them keep your money), but I won't buy this from Amazon again. My guess is that maybe Amazon isn’t storing it properly or something, but this is unacceptable. Verve is going to ruin their reputation if they don't do something about this. Jus' sayin'...
