I’ve been going through rough time. So many storms……..mostly a lot of wind (up to 50 mps) and I suffer from bad storm anxiety. It’s bad for my depression too. Wind howling loudly, shaking home…… late afternoon yesterday, all through the nite and into this morning. Will be like this all day today and tomorrow too. I can hear heavy things outside crashing into things. It terrifies me too cause I’m alone. Glad I have this wonderful group. It’s nice that people here care and understand. I’m just want some TLC and compassion……that I’m not alone.
PS: when I’ve got the courage to tell people who live near me (in the past) my suffering with storm anxiety…….they often say……gosh it’s only a storm……..get over it…….you’re making a mountain out of a molehill. I’ll not discuss it again with them. There’s a saying you don’t know how a person feels til you walked in their shoes. I’m soooo glad I have a safe place Bezzy to go and share what I’m feeling and experiencing .it’s so good not to be judged. I’m grateful I now have a safe place to be……here at Bezzy.
