It's very easy to pack, and it didn't seem to lose any air when I removed the vacuum and put the seal on. The little electric vacuum is small, so it's perfect for travel. It will fit in my carry on for sure. Definitely worth the money if your goal is to pack a large item into a suitcase (especially one that's airy and takes up a lot of space!)

FYI....I purchased this for an upcoming trip to help with maximizing space in my luggage.

Pros_
+None: I thought the included electric pump was a pro but keep reading.

Cons_
-Quality: Electric pump is worthless! The pump fits v loosely over the nozzle/opening on the bag & yields minimal compression even with holding it in place for an extended period of time. Perhaps that ill fit is the reason such poor compression? I tried using my home vacuum just to see if there was something defective about the bag & there wasn't. The household vacuum yielded full compression without issue. I realize the small e-pump doesn't compare to the suction power of a standard vacuum but, the whole purpose of this product is to compress fabric items. If it doesn't do that with the tools that are included to accomplish that purpose, then it's useless. Plus, for this poor result I should have just purchased the one with the manual pump. No need to pay extra for this kind of accessory if it doesn't do its only job.
I will add that I didn't have an issue with the bags as they seemed strong & worked fine with the household vacuum.
-Price: Overpriced for the quality & results.
-Misc: Both the instruction sheet & the images on the item's box, outlined how to use the product with the hand pump & a household vacuum. (The way to use the bags via these 2 methods seem obvious IMO.) However, there were zero instructions on how to use electric pump that came with it! There was a small sticker on that electric pump noting how long to hold the button down to release the air. That's it. Of note, this was not a simple push-the-on-button-to-activate-the-suction situation otherwise I wouldn't be including this tidbit. It seems as though the manufacturer just threw a janky electric pump in the box & added $12 to the price tag.

I'm returning this & would NOT RECOMMEND this product AT ALL! I'll be trying either the compression packing cubes or the plastic compression bags that claim you can roll the air out to get closer to the the vacuum compression effect. We'll see how they perform.

I travel ALOT and use these bags to compress and sort my clothes. I'm also throwing drinks in my bag and these will protect clothes in case of a spill. Depending on frequency of use and what you put in them (things with sharp edges), every vacuum bag I've used eventually develops a leak and will slowly inflate but for the price these cant be beat.

I wish the bags had different color tabs on top or closures on where the vacuum sucks up the air to help differentiate the sizes. It's hard to tell the sizes when they are all folded up so I had to take them all out to figure out the sizes. It is easy to use, the vacuum does have a lock on it, and they do compress really nicely. the suction on the vacuum doesn't get all the air out. I can press out more air after the vacuum has done it's job. One of the medium bags glue wasn't the greatest so the zipper doesn't close the bag anymore. I just use that bag to store the bags and it's accessories.
