What is Thermella?

Thermella is a clinically studied, hormone-free supplement carefully formulated with curcumin extract, green tea extract, and spirulina extract, which work together to relieve menopausal hot flashes and night sweats. In a clinical study, Thermella reduced the interference of hot flashes on sleep.*

How does Thermella work?

Thermella works by targeting the signals in your body that cause hot flashes and night sweats to rebalance the body’s thermoregulatory center. As estrogen declines, the body loses its temperature balance as the signal that warms the body goes into overdrive, causing a hot flash. Thermella works by blocking this signal to restore balance for cooling relief.

How long does Thermella take to work?

Thermella works as quickly as just two weeks and 82% of women experienced a reduction in their hot flashes and night sweats in randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trials. However, results with Thermella continue to improve over time. We recommend taking Thermella for at least three months to maximize relief and reductions in hot flash and night sweat symptoms.

Does Thermella have any side effects?

In double-blind, placebo-controlled trials, side effects of Thermella were comparable to placebo, and no serious adverse events were reported. However, every woman is different and if you have specific concerns, you should speak with your doctor or healthcare practitioner.

How do I know if Thermella is right for me?

Thermella is intended for women experiencing hot flashes or night sweats associated with menopause.

How often should I take Thermella?

Two tablets of Thermella should be taken once a day, with or without food.

Is the green tea extract in Thermella decaffeinated?

Yes, the green tea extract in Thermella is decaffeinated and contains less than 5mg of naturally occurring caffeine.

Are Bonafide products covered by health insurance? By Medicare/Medicaid?

At this time, our products are not covered by traditional insurance. That said, some healthcare HSA or FSA cards cover part or all of the cost of certain Bonafide products, so we recommend reaching out to your HSA/FSA provider to confirm if you can use your HSA or FSA funds.

Once you’ve confirmed that your HSA or FSA does cover Bonafide products, you should be able to place an order for any of our products; we’ve taken all of the necessary steps on our end to ensure you can access the proof of payment needed to file a reimbursement claim. We also recommend consulting your provider to determine what documentation is required to have your claim approved, as many providers require a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) in addition to a receipt.
