Air-Fryer Fried Chicken Tenders

• 1/3 cup almond flour
• 1/3 cup all purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon hot sauce
• 1 pound chicken tenders
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
• Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
Step 1:
Heat the air fryer to 400 degrees. Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 2:
Place almond flour, all purpose flour, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika into a shallow
dish and stir to combine. Place the egg and hot sauce into another shallow dish and whisk to
combine.

Place the chicken tenders on a plate and pat dry. Season both sides of each tender with the
