Are you overthinking? Knowing every detail about T2D is important, but when it comes to movement and exercise it's best to just knock it out. You know you will feel better. Your body will adapt. You will drink more water. All those things will lead to better numbers and a positive outlook. Go out and do! Do that table top exercise, do that aerobics class in the pool, roll that wheel-chair from here to there, park your car way far from the store, take those stairs and enjoy the benefits of being more active. You can do this! Pictured: yours truly cresting a massive hill in the Texas hill-country, the site of devastating deadly floods one week before it happened. I'm gonna take a break of posting. But I want to say to you guys diabetes is not easy. How much I want this noodles with the sauce and meatballs I made with cheese. It's going to spike my sugar and what I understand from beyond type to diabetes having spikes are not good all the time So I really have to think about how I'm eating. I even took my time to make a good lunch for myself and did everything in the microwave. It's true we can't eat everything we want in diabetes even if I want to and fold the towel and give up. I know that's not the answer but it's frustrating when you try so hard to make something for yourself and you know damn right it's not good for you and you can't eat it. I'm sorry if I sound frustrated but I think we all deal with this I'm not alone.
