I have sincere empathy for all those of you who continue to struggle and try to find something that will alleviate your condition. I haven’t had any problems with my psoriasis, which as we all know is akin to eczema, for over 35 years now. I have been and remain totally clear. I know of no other person who can say that. Before that, I struggled with my psoriasis for over 20 years. If others want to just manage their psoriasis, that’s what they choose to do. I totally eliminated mine and I wrote the book describing how I did it. No tricks, no gimmicks, no lotions, no ointments, no drugs and no holistic remedies. All the other BS about treatments is exactly that. I wrote about what really works, continues to work and why it does. The question should not be, what is my motivation? It should be, do you want to just keep treating your affliction, always looking for something new or, do you want to finally end your struggle…forever? My only motivation is to help others. Read my book, “My Life With Psoriasis”, and find out. I wrote the book to share my experience with those of you who are still struggling and are looking for something that really works. It’s free and available at You have two choices, keep struggling or, find out how you can finally eliminate your condition and no longer continue to live in that revolving door of endless treatments that offer no way out. It’s your choice. Just treat it or beat it!

I have severe dry skin, Itching and dry eyes. My dry skin started from last January and started feeling itching at first at my Palm after washing hand with dettol soap and the itching and dry skin started spreading to my whole body after few days. I checked with the blood test and ANA test and everything is normal. The dermatologist just prescribed me Coconut Oil to use in my body for hydration. Any suggestions? I want to know the root cause.

Hi Everyone, Im a 64 year old female. I’m at my wits end of chronic itching. I just don’t know what can be done? I’ve have allergy tests, all sorts of blood tests. Everything is normal. My dermatologist starting me on Duplixent. No help. I had a doc refuse Patch testing on me. He doesn’t think it will show anything. My itching “jumps” around. It was mainly at night but now happening during the day. No noticeable rash but some slight bumps here & there. I did a liver cleanse (LFTS Are normal) but I did it for two weeks. Slightly less itching but still there. I eat 95% healthy & on hormone therapy for years. I exercise & do yoga. I made an appointment with a functional medicine MD. But I’m sure it will be a lot of money. Ugh. Any suggestions?
