Hello, everyone. All through the weekend and today... very rough days, with all the ongoing chronic pain and fatigue. Three solid days of staying indoors, only taking care of necessary meals and resting/dozing. Hardly any energy for much of anything, including being present on Bezzy (although I was, a little bit).
I just want to mention that today marks exactly one year since I joined Bezzy. It has been an interesting and enlightening journey that has expanded
my understanding of what it's really like for so many people (including me) to live with, struggle with and deal with depression, anxiety and other mental health challenges. I am glad that you all are here on Bezzy, and I just want to thank you🌹
Here's wishing us all the strength, wisdom and self-understanding that we need to pull through each day, each week and beyond... Let us continue to be able to be there for each other, and also for ourselves, with kindness, caring and compassion.
