Good morning Bezzy friends. Here we go with another daily update haha. So last night i got a migrain. I had kinda felt it coming on all day yesterday but was just thinking it was from my menstrual cycle and all that dumb stuff. So around 10 something last night as i was scrolling through here and youtube it finally just BAM. So i ended up taking my migrain meds and it went away hours later as i fell in and out of sleep. I can still just barely feel it on the right side above my eye so im trying not to do anything to aggravate it. Me and hubs went to breakfast then went for a short walk at the bike path. Its a nice sunny day today so im going to try and sot outside and get some vitamin D. Iv been laying in bed now for 2 days because of the way i feel and i know that too much of that isnt good. Later this evening me and my friend are going to Edgewood church for dinner, worship and mental health group. Not sure what they are serving for the meal but its ok. Me and my friend both battle with mental health issues and we haven't socialized all week. So i figured this will be good for us.

Does anyone here feel spiritually mismatched with your partner? We used to be on the same page about faith but my perspective has shifted. I don't agree with his way of thinking anymore. Quite frankly its anxiety inducing. Just wanting to see how others deal with this sort of situation.

Confidence is a belief in oneself, the conviction that one has the ability to meet life's challenges and to succeed—and the willingness to act accordingly. Being confident requires a realistic sense of one’s capabilities and feeling secure in that knowledge. Projecting confidence helps people gain credibility, make a strong first impression, deal with pressure, and tackle personal and professional challenges. It’s also an attractive trait, as confidence helps put others at ease.
