That’s why we’re launching Healthline Fitness. We’ll meet you wherever you are on your exercise journey — whether you’re an experienced athlete or just exercise-curious. We’ll also help you set attainable, real-life fitness goals that work with your lifestyle.
Fitness is for every body, and we’re creating a digital space in which everyone can find the support and resources they need (even fitness editors like me need this; you can read how my personal journey back to fitness began here). And while we’re at it, we’ll challenge the notion that “fit” looks a certain way.
