| Rebounders: a fun, no-pressure way to switch up your cardio days |
Is it just me, or is January really January-ing right now? Frosty mornings and gloomy evenings — the last thing I want to do is the same drab, dreary exercise routine. My workouts are in dire need of a shake-up. The fun factor. That je ne sais quoi.
| Which is exactly why, when I was asked to review a rebounder — aka a tiny trampoline — you better believe I jumped (sorry, not sorry) at the opportunity.
| Because, quite frankly, any workout I can do in front of the TV and still feel smug about afterward is a winner IMO. Watching “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” channeling my inner child, and hitting my health goals all at once? Count me in.
| So, after a month of bouncing around my living room, what was my verdict? A fresh, playful twist on cardio? Or just another viral fitness trend the world didn’t ask for? I share the ups, the downs (final pun, I promise), and everything in between. Read my honest feedback.
